Calling all volunteer gardeners! We need your help in getting our gardens cleaned out and planted this Spring. If you signed up last year and are unable to help this year, or want a site change, please give us a call. The sign-up book, with photos of the different areas that need work, is in the parish office.
We are looking for people who are willing to commit to maintaining a specific area of the grounds on a regular basis. We've identified 20 sites. We'd like to have a leader to coordinate each site. If you already care for a certain area or are interested in getting involved, please call the parish office. Any questions should be directed to Jack or Darlene Stewart at 865-5199.
More help needed
We are also looking for someone who is willing to do some trimming of the bushes.
If you're interested, please call the parish office.
Many hands
manage this project quickly!
Call the parish office if you are interested in volunteering to help with the Wednesday morning Grounds and Maintenance crew.
Our parish facilities are taken care of by our maintenance staff. Rick Colline is our maintenance supervisor and is responsible for much of the general upkeep of the buildings, and Jim Haley is a part time, all around fix it person. Dave Faust, as a volunteer, takes care of the lawns and helps with the cleaning of the school. The staff is assisted by our Wednesday volunteers.
Volunteers for Grounds and Maintenance
Every Wednesday morning, a group of volunteers give their time and talent to assist our maintenance staff in some of the many tasks that need attention in a parish this size. Additional volunteers are always welcome.
